Mission Statement

"Every dive, the perfect dive, safely”

The mission statement is designed to remind staff that every dive is precious to customers whether it be in a pool, in open water, or after their training with the Tribe. They naturally expect The Tribe to deliver its promise to create the perfect diving experience through our skilled and dedicated staff. Safety is at the forefront of all of diving activities. Success will be measured by how well The Tribe satisfies its customers, staff, and by its safety standards.

The Tribe Values and Culture

Tribe mentality
1. We are call “The Tribe” for a reason. We work together well and operate as a family, working together in a harmonious fashion. 
All employees must talk about The Tribe in a positive way. If you hear of anyone’s dissatisfaction please report it to Philip Elson or Gemma Wright so that any issues may be resolved immediately. 
If you yourself have any problems, please feel free to contact Philip Elson and / or Gemma Wright so that any issues can be resolved as soon as possible.
We like the Tribe to be a contented and happy organisation which will reflect onto our customers.

2. We Set High Standards.
We apply the highest ethical standards to our supplier relationships, demanding the highest quality of service and their consistent adherence to mutually agreed product / service specifications. We value and reward by long-term relationship those suppliers who demonstrate their ability to empathise with our culture and ethos whilst providing competitive terms.

3. We set demanding and stretching goals and achieve them.
We benchmark ourselves against the best both internally and externally.
We deliver what we market and sell.
We constantly review and monitor performance against targets.
